About Baksa District:
In 2003, as part of the historic BTC Agreement, the Baxa district was recently created under BTAD. The Office of the Deputy Commissioner has been operating since 2004 and Dr. Anwaruddin Chowdhury, ACS, has been honored as the First Deputy Commissioner of the Baksa District. Due to the lack of infrastructure at HQ Mushalpur, the office of the Deputy Commissioner and the Office of the Superintendent of Police began operating from a temporary office in Burma PWD IB. The DC office moved to its permanent building on November 9, 2010, at its headquarters (Mushalpur).
General Administration: Deputy Commissioner led by District Administration. He is also responsible for law and order and general administration as a district magistrate.
The district has three subdivisions, namely Mushalpur (Sadar), Tamulpur (Civil), and Salbari (Civil). Maintaining law and order is a very important aspect of district administration and DC, D.M. However, it is responsible for its proper maintenance. The DC is assisted by the Additional District Magistrate (ADM), the Subdivisional Magistrate (SDM), and the Executive Magistrate (EM).
The Circle of Circle Officer also acts as the Executive Magistrate and is responsible for maintaining law and order in their respective areas of the circle. If such a need arises, the DM and other magistrates take the necessary help from the police department. The district police administration is headed by a police superintendent. Police department. The district has an infrastructure of eight (eight) police stations, 11 (eleven) exit stations, 5 (five) gasoline stations, and other auxiliary facilities.
